Powercoach ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered sports coaching platform.
By using Powercoach, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the platform.

Promotional and Marketing Content
From time to time, Powercoach may create and publish promotional content on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials that features organizations and teams using our platform. This may include:
- Welcome announcements when a new organization or team joins Powercoach
- Performance highlights based on game statistics (for example, "Team of the Week" recognition for the team with the highest pressure rating)
- Organization and team names, abbreviations, logos, and colors used to identify the team being featured
- Aggregated platform usage statistics in anonymized form
We will not publish personally identifiable information about individual players, coaches, or staff in promotional content without their explicit consent. Organizations and teams may opt in or out of being featured in promotional content at any time from their organization or team settings, or by contacting us at privacy@powercoach.ai. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the platform.
Marketing Communications and Tracking
We may send marketing or introductory emails to individuals whose business contact details are publicly listed in their role at a sports organisation — for example, a club president or coordinator listed on a public club website or directory.
Marketing emails may contain open tracking (a small image that loads when the email is viewed) and click tracking (links routed through a redirect) so we can measure campaign effectiveness. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing immediately suppresses your address from all future campaigns.
We also use advertising and analytics tools on our website, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads on third-party platforms. To support this, we may share hashed (irreversibly scrambled) identifiers such as email addresses with advertising platforms like Meta to create "custom audiences" — allowing us to reach existing contacts, exclude people who already use Powercoach, or reach new people with similar characteristics ("lookalike audiences"). These platforms cannot recover your email address from the hashed value. You can manage these cookies through our consent banner and control ad personalisation in your Meta and Google account settings.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:
With Your Consent
We may share your information with your explicit consent or at your direction.
Within Your Organization
Team data may be shared with authorized members of your organization, such as coaches and administrators.
Service Providers
We may share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, such as hosting providers and payment processors.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Regular security assessments and audits
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Employee training on data protection
- Incident response procedures
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. When determining retention periods, we consider:
- The nature and sensitivity of the information
- Legal and regulatory requirements
- Our legitimate business needs
- Your preferences and instructions
Your Rights and Choices
You have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request access to your personal information
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your information
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications

Powercoach is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected in accordance with this privacy policy.
